Volunteer Survey

We are currently working towards achieving the national accreditation of ‘Investing in Volunteers’. This involves a review of all aspects of our volunteer management – including recruitment, training, and support. A key area the accreditation looks at is diversity of our volunteers.

Air Ambulance NI has always been committed to offering equal opportunities to all our volunteers, regardless of background, but this is not something we have ever formally measured. We hope that by measuring this now we will be able to identify any gaps and develop a plan to address this.

It is for this reason that we would like to invite you to complete an anonymous survey, giving us a snapshot of the background of our volunteers as a group.

We have developed a Diversity Monitoring Questionaire and would really appreciate your help in taking a few minutes to complete this.
