The Speaker of the Northern Ireland Assembly, Mr Edwin Poots MLA is delighted to host a special fundraising concert in support of Air Ambulance Northern Ireland.

This lively country music event, also affectionately known as Hugo’s Hooley on the Hill will take place in the iconic Great Hall at Parliament Buildings on Thursday 12th June 2025.

Beloved entertainer Hugo Duncan will be joined by an incredible line-up of musical guests including Tony Allen, Philomena Begley, Derek Ryan and many more. With only 160 tickets available, this promises to be a night to remember.

The charity Air Ambulance Northern Ireland, in partnership with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, provides the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service for Northern Ireland.  The service brings urgent medical assistance to anywhere in the province, operating seven days a week for 12 hours per day. The HEMS team attend patients who are seriously ill or injured, bringing emergency pre-hospital care direct to the casualty with the aim of saving lives, brains and limbs.  The aircraft can reach anywhere in Northern Ireland in approximately twenty-five minutes.
