#BCMHealthMonth is BACK and the Belfast City Marathon team are here once again to encourage and inspire health and wellbeing across Northern Ireland. No matter what your age or ability you can discover more about the health benefits of physical activity, the different activities you can try, and the importance of healthy eating.

With the help and support of their amazing partners, Belfast City Marathon have lined up a roadshow with HEAPS of family fun, music and giveaways guaranteed. Visit the team at;

Foyleside Shopping Centre – Saturday 11th Feb 10-2pm

Buttercrane Shopping Centre – Friday 17th Feb 12-4pm

Forestside Shopping Centre – Sunday 19th Feb 1-5pm

On top of all that, there will be a chance for you to meet your pacer at a local Park Run throughout February. This is a fantastic twofold opportunity for you to take part in one of 47 Park Runs across NI AND ask your pacer all those burning questions ahead of the big day.

We’ll also be sharing lots of advice and top tips across our channels so make sure you’re following Belfast City Marathon for more motivation on Facebook / @MarathonBelfast Twitter / @marathonbcm Instagram / @belfastcitymarathon

The Belfast City Marathon team are hopeful that this #BCMHealthMonth will inspire you to take part in their 2023 events in aid of official charity partner, Air Ambulance NI. In a bid to turn the streets of Belfast red with Air Ambulance NI running vests, event organisers are encouraging you to support the local charity which attends some of the most traumatic medical incidents across the province and are dedicated to delivering the very best possible pre-hospital critical care, both at the scene and whilst transferring the patient to the most appropriate hospital for their specific injuries.

Why not challenge yourself to the Mash Direct Belfast City Marathon Run, Wheelchair Race, Team Relay or 8 Mile Walk taking place on Sunday 30th April and raise vital funds for the life-saving charity? Or take on the celebratory 10th staging of the Mash Direct Belfast City Half Marathon on Sunday 17th September. Remember, when you run, they fly!

Enter online now at www.belfastcitymarathon.com and avail of the middle entry rate before it ends on 28th February.
